CVPR 2007 will host demonstrations. The purpose of demos is to give presenters from the technical sessions the opportunity to showcase live demonstrations of their contributions. Prospective demo participants should fill out and submit a demo application form (pdf). At least one of the people presenting the demo must be registered for the conference. In the event that there are more applications than the available space allows, time of submission of the complete application will be used in selection. The conference also reserves the right to select demonstrations based on the degree of appropriateness for CVPR.
The deadline for demo application has been extended until Friday May 18th. The CVPR 2007 Organizing Committee is happy to announce that all demos will compete for the Best Demo prize. This award, in the amount of $1000, is sponsored by Point Gray Research.
