Dormitory Housing

Dorm housing is available from 6/17 through 6/24. Rooms can be reserved online or by mailing the registration form (Word document).

Note the following rules:

• Reservations have to be made for the entire length of the event (7 nights).
• Total cost is $560 for a room with two beds.
• The registration system only supports reservations per room, not per bed.
• Reservations have to be made by 5/31.

Information on public transportation between Middlebrook Hall and the Hyatt Regency can be found on the Metro Transit website (both are recognized as landmarks by the quick trip planner). The total trip time between the dormitory and the conference hotel is less than 30 minutes. The address of the dormitory is
