CVPR 2007 will host both demonstrations and exhibits. The main difference between the two categories is that exhibitors generally are not presenters in the technical sessions, whereas demonstrators generally are. We encourage companies or other commercial entities or labotories to participate in showcasing their products. Prospective exhibitors should fill out and submit an exhibitor form, as described in the exhibitor prospectus (pdf). In the event that there are more applications than the available space allows, time of submission of the complete application will be used in selection. The conference also reserves the right to select exhibits and demonstrations based on degree of appropriateness for CVPR.
Exhibitor registration is handled by IEEE. Exhibitors can register by sending the application form along with the payment information to IEEE by fax or mail. The contact address is at the bottom of the first page of the form. The deadline for the payment has been extended until Friday May 18th.
